A collection of photos taken on a walk from Kettlewell to Buckden

Looking for inspiration and having some time off between jobs meant I had an opportunity to set off for an exploration of the Yorkshire Dales recently.  Settling on Kettlewell as my starting point I skirted the edge of the dale, passing above Starbottom on my way to Buckden.

On the return journey I decided to take the high route along Birks Fell to see what was left of the recent snow.  A fantastic day, quiet, with only the hum of traffic on the road below for company.
